Delivery information
Despatch
We make every effort to despatch orders placed before 9am Monday – Friday on the same day.
You will receive an email confirmation with any tracking information required once your order is processed by Royal Mail or Parcelfore.
During very busy times, despatch may take up to three working days of placing your order.
Delivery timescales
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide to deliver your orders.
Delivery options will automatically be listed at checkout once you have confirmed your delivery address.
We aim to achieve delivery to:
- UK within 5 working days
- Rest of the world within 10 working days
Please note delivery times listed are indicative and are timed from despatch of your order.
Please allow for despatch and delivery timescales before contacting customer services.
Alternatively, online purchases for UK customers can be picked up free of charge from our shop in Glasgow - simply select this option at checkout.
Once you have received an email confirming your order has been despatched, bring in your printed order confirmation to collect your order.
Tracking
If you have opted for a tracked service, you will receive an email at the point of despatch, containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking your delivery directly via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide.
Costs
You can check the delivery cost of your order by adding items to your basket and proceeding to ‘Shipping & Payment’, where you can select from the delivery services applicable, and see the associated cost before confirming your order and making payment.

Please note that with any international parcel delivery from the UK, there may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods, normally levied once a shipment reaches the country of delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Customers are responsible for checking and paying any such additional charges.
Exceptional delivery charges
On rare occasions that customer orders contain items that are unusually high in weight, volume or value, we
will contact you at the earliest opportunity to agree the required rate prior to despatch. We reserve the right to vary postage charges as necessary on any such items.
Delivery restrictions
Our policy is not to deliver to PO Box addresses due to courier restrictions.
Product availability
All products purchased are held in stock and should be available for despatch to timescales as stated above. Stock availability is based on the best available information at time of purchase. On rare occasions, if a product is unexpectedly unavailable and likely to cause delay, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
